Just like her mother Helmi, the youngest pride of our kennel, Elin started her show career at the Gyula CAC show. The girls were accompanied by Szárazpataki Dalton, who was shown in Hungary for the first time in junior class. Dalton grew up to be a young male with very strong bones, and he is full of muscle. But since he wears a "summer dress", he got the Excellent 2. qualification. Szárazpataki Északi Fény "Elin" debutated in the baby class, and she acted like a real professional! Elin's performance was awarded with a Very promising title and a chance to run a circle in the Baby BIS programme. Helmi was shown in the champion class, and by gaining the CAC title, she became a Hungarian Champion!!!

[12.09.2006.]
We attended this year's Cruft's qualifying international dog show in Kecskemét with 3 dogs. But the biggest result was achieved by Szárazpataki Carlos, who won the open class, and with this CAC, he finished his Hungarian Champion title! And to top it all, he went Res.CACIB (behind the BOB male). Congratulations to the proud owner of Carlos, Jeanette and a big thanks for making this possible!!!

[12.08.2006.]
The Hungarian Club for English Shepherd Dogs held it's yearly Summer Camp in the first week of August in the beautiful camping of the Gemenc National Park. This time, Grace was accompanied by Helmi and Elin for a week full of dog fun. They enjoyed meeting old and new doggie friends, running and playing freely, catching balls all day long, and swimming in the lake nearby. The owners also took their part out of having fun with their dogs: we took walks in the forest, tried agility, flyball, herding, listened to obedience and clicker-training classes. We had fun every evening cooking or baking some food for ourselves, and talking with our doggie-friends until late in the night. We'll be back next year!!!
